Nancy Bachour has called Greenville County home for over 30 years and has been a part of the Pebble Creek community for 10 years. She has seen Greenville evolve from a small town into a thriving, vibrant city that keeps its southern charm while incorporating an urban edge. Growing up in a family of realtors, Nancy understands that purchasing a home is much more than a significant investment. It is where life happens and where connections are made through work, good neighbors and great schools. Her goal is to match clients perfectly with a community that fits their needs. Nancy is a member of The Debbie Hearn Team with Carolina Moves.
Originally from California, Nancy attended college at Bob Jones University and earned a B.S. degree in Marketing. She has worked years in the design industry as well as in Greenville’s business community as a department store buyer and a merchandiser for a clothing manufacturer. She supports Greenville’s dynamic arts community and has chaired the concert committee of the Carolina Youth Symphony. Nancy has a husband and 2 children, one of who attends Wade Hampton High School and one who recently graduated from Clemson University (Go Tigers!) She enjoys exercising, baking, worshiping at her church, getting together with good friends.
An informal chat with Debbie Hearn about relocating let Mary and me know right away that we had exactly the right person to walk us through the move we had been considering for several years. We found her kind spirit coupled with fruitful experience and hard work to be a grounding factor for us. Then we were introduced to her teammates, Vivian and Nancy, both of whom helped to guide us through this veritable ocean of listing, staging, and showing, while at the same time looking for a new place. Next came fix-up, selling, buying, packing, closing, and moving. Believe me, there are numerous squalls to navigate, and this group, this trio of pros made the journey right down enjoyable! The folks at the Carolina Moves office were very supportive for us all the way as well. I can’t think of a thing that could have been done better. Debbie, Vivian, and Nancy were all active in the process, from showings to helping with paperwork to listening to my frustrations, enduring my peculiarities, and getting us to the finish line with mighty few bruises! They listened, they studied what we liked in a house, they drove all over the county, and were absolutely ALWAYS a joy to be around! If you want a successful trip in your next move, one that you want to remember with joy, use this group! These are really good people.
