Kenneth B. Cosgrove is a lifelong Greenvillian with a passion for helping people find the right home in a neighborhood that fits their wants and needs. Prior to working with Carolina Moves, Kenneth was a local small business owner in the convenience store industry and managed the real estate division. Two decades of analyzing neighborhoods and traffic patterns in his hometown has given Kenneth an exceptional knowledge base to share with folks looking to find the right home. Kenneth is also an active investor with experience with flip-and-sell and buy-and-hold investment real estate. Kenneth loves introducing his hometown to new to town and first-time home buyers. 


ON A PERSONAL NOTE

Kenneth is from Greenville, SC and graduated from Clemson University with a BS and MBA. He is also a graduate of Wyatt Real Estate Institute. On weekends, you can find Kenneth and his wife Megan exploring the city with their two young children, exercising on the Swamp Rabbit, and worshipping at Downtown Presbyterian Church or on a beach getaway to Isle of Palms, SC.
